I have had help with this form - entering the serial number in textbox -hit enter and having it fill a listbox- then finally adding numbers from listbox with command button into table.<br />

Now problem is I have -is having other fields ( shipDate,Run,chk1,chk2,chk<wbr />3,chk4, CVSKey be added into table -with the serial number. and is it possible? <br />
