Is there a way to display a List Box without showing the vertical lines between the fields?

Not that I have ever seen, unless by change there is a new Property for list boxes in A2007/10 ... check the Property sheet for the List Box control.  My A2010 system is not available at the moment.

You could change the listbox control recordsource to SELECT ID, [Field1] & " " & [Field2] & " " & [Field3] FROM [MyTable] with a column count of 2 instead of SELECT ID, [Field1], [Field2] , [Field3] FROM [MyTable] with a column count of 4.

Yeah I thought about that but  the columns would be not aligned and it wouldn't look good.

you could force the number of characters in each field using format() but I agree it's not an ideal solution

Well, if you use a non-proportional font such as Courier New ... and make the length of each 'position' the desired with ... using the Len() and Space() functions, you might be able to pull off something ... using what mvasilevsky suggested ... the concatenated string approach ...
