Does anyone know if there is an existing android tablet that I can use to run a powerpoint presentation with a clicker?

I've done a lot of research on this but I keep running into smartphone apps to use as a presenter and I need it to run with either a mouse or clicker.

Thanks for the help!

Actually it's more of a hardware issue.  Do you know if I can get a bluetooth/wireless remote (to use with powerpoint) to work with a galaxy tab/acer a500?
