What is it you want them to do?
Steve BinkCommented:

IIS6 is just not meant to do what you are asking.  Moving to IIS7 would provide a finer level of control.

when i login through limited user account in XP i couldn able to access the IIS, so i need to know how to grant permission to access IIS in limited user account.

You're not supposed to be able to.  Login as an admin.  You should be able to access the web site if 'anonymous' user is enabled.  That's different than accessing IIS itself.
