Fix IIS 7 Physical Path issue
The MS Website Panel application has rendered my iis7.5 install useless by changing physical paths from the E drive and rebadging them with the default C:\inetpub\wwwroot.
Where and how do I fix this, registry IIS.
I have uninstalled the Website Panel (aka MS Virus, almost worse than norton stuff.)
new web apps display the correct path in iis but when you run them it defaults back to the original.
The server is 2008R2 with Sp1.

I would use the graphical Configuration Editor to explore the IIS metabase and simply correct the incorect paths.

I have modified the following setting but get an invalid app path message.
Does this look like the right spot?
I have noticed some default c:\inetpub\.. paths to log and history but none to the websites yet.
There are at least another 500 options in this 1% of IIS7.
