Active Directory replication problem

We have a network of windows 2008 r2 domain controllers, both writeable and Read only domain controller, writeable domain controllers are deployed at the network hub site, whereas Read only domain controllers on the branch office site. Recently our writeable domain controller crashed and we have build new domain controller with a different name on that site and we have manually changed the source writeable domain controllers in replication partner settings for all the Read only domain controllers, but since then replication from the writeable domain controllers to Read only domain controllers could not be done, and it shows error "The naming context is in the process of replication", "logon error, principal account name is incorrect". Kindly help us to solve this problem.
Who is Participating?
Can you delete any manually created connection objects underneath the NTDS settings object for all your Sites in Sites and Services.  Remove them and then cycle the KCC using repadmin /kcc.

Can you run repadmin /showreps from the new DC, and RODC - let me know the output?

Run repadmin /replsum from the new DC to confirm replication - let me know if there are any errors?

Did you clean up metadata for the failed DC?
