How to install exchange 2010 SP1 on 4 servers

I need to install exchange 2010 SP1 on 4 virtual machine  , 2 as CAS/HUB role and 2 As mailbox on 2 servers as Hyper-V

Please can you show me how to do it and if you have any website that help

    Install on the CAS/HUb servers first, then the mailbox servers.

    Installation is pretty simple,login with an account that has Enterprise Admins and Schema Admins rights (plus local admin rights on the server) and run the 2010 SP1 setup and it will take care of all the things.

    I have already installed exchange 2010 ,but I need a step by step process how to install 2 exchange server as CAS/HUB and 2 exchange server as Mailbox and how to create NLB

    If you have already installed Exchange, then you should have selected some roles in the wizard. Depending upon that, the server will behave.
