Tablet Style or Table Style? I have concurrent Outlook 2003 and 2010 clients running and there is no mention of Tablet Style running on either...

Table Style excuse the spelling error please.
No problem, just wanted to be sure I knew what we were looking for.

Now you want to print in Table Style... are you trying to print the contents of your Mail or Tasks in Outlook? Those are two of the places that the Table Style becomes available. For Calendar and Contacts, you need to be in List View for the Table Style option to appear in your Print options.
yobri,
In calender list view the table Style print option is not there hense my statement that the option is missing.
Thanks for clarifying. I will research this when I get back to the keyboard. Just to gather a bit more info in the meantime, are you working behind an Exchange server? Is this affecting all Outlook clients in your org?

not behind an exchange server. ran Office repair before I posted with no luck. I will try the cleanviews option and see what happens.
The cleanviews switch worked the Tabel style print option is now available. But now there is a separate issue. Perhaps I should accept this a s a solution and post a new question, let me know if I need to do that,

When you do a search in Calendar and bring up say 10 items in list view. Then click on print Table style , the preview shows the entitre calendar. I printed one page and it is the entire calendar not the searched for items. it seems to be ignoring, for lack of a better word, the search. Even if I use CTRL-A and select the items returned by the search I get the same results.

Both switches solved their part of the problem
