Hi capricon1,
Thank you for you help but I think main issue is all my forms has disappeared after I compacted the database, is that possible at all? Or are they be somewhere on my machine?
Can I retrieve them?

do you have any backup copy of the db?

Backup is corrupted unfortunately!
in your Autoexe Marco or Startup form (in database options), your trying to open a form DetectIdleTime.
Check one of your old DB's and if you have that form, import it into the app or remove the form open command for it.
My guess is that at some point, you created a hidden startup form to detect idel time based on the MSKB article, which suggest this and the use of Screen.ActiveForm and Screen.ActiveControl to determine if a user is active or not.
