DSum question again

Someone helped me yesterday with part of this but I have to add to it.  What is wrong with this syntax?

     Me.txtBooked = DSum("[QuotedSales]", "OpenJob", "[ProductCode] <> 350 and [BookedDate] between " & "#" & Forms!frmSelectDateRange!txtStart & "#" & " And " & "#" & Forms!frmSelectDateRange!txtEnd & "#" & "" and [DueDate] between " & "#" & Forms!frmSelectDateRange!txtCMS & "#" & " And " & "#" & Forms!frmSelectDateRange!txtCME & "#" & "")
