Exchange 2010

I currently have my exchange 2010 server in virtual with (HT & CAS) but I want to migrate the CAS\ht  role over to a new physical.

What steps do I take?

    In Exchange 2010 moving CAS and HT role are pretty staiaght forward

    - Install Roles in to another server and remove current server on proper way, remainign AD will take care ofmail routing and Client access.

    I strongly recommend you to have a test environement with the test on the same to avoid disaster... :-)

     I gone through the document and it seems that it is for exchange 2007. will it work for 2010 ?

    More over above links talk only on keeping the same server name while you move the roles.....

    As i said it is straight forward to having additional roles and removing one....
