Monitoring Queue Exchange 2003 Nagios

I have a Nagios server and I'd like to monitor my Exchange Queue messages.

For example: if there are more than 100 messages on the queue I'd like to be notified.

I don't know how to do it, so if someone can help step by step I'll thank.
