UI application cannot connect to the SQL Server database for session management.

Hi All,
I got this error message when

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.)

Could you please help us in resolving the issue ?

3. firewall for port 1433 (sql server default i assume you didnt change it)
4. network protoclsare enabled.

please post the connection string.
