internal emails go into my junk email folder with exchange

hi, I have a 2008 sbs server running exchange 2007.

my laptop has win 7 with outlook 2007.

3 of my staffs internal emails keep going into my junk email folder. I have disabled my junk email in tools options, in outlook and enabled ip filtering on the server. and allowed our internal ip.

all antispam filters were disabled on the server.
i am using the standard outlook to exchange setup, not imap or outlook anywhere.

It will not allow me to add the internal email address to the junk spam aceptance list. as its internal.

now at a lose ?

How are they sending the mail? using Outlook? POP client?

we use outlook on an exchange account (exchange bolt on)

i deleted all rules and seems to work.
