Hi,
I have NGN connction (which i think called ADSL2/2+) with 100mbit download and only 1mbit download:{
the very important thing is .that i need to buy a router that can support the 100mbit/DN AND 1MBIT/UP AND that can support configuring static pool address of 16 addresses that i purchase from my ISP .
my isp give me legal pool static Ip`s that i should config into the router. i prefer choosing cisco router.
which one can support my needs?

that document shows the trhoughput than can be achieved with the routers. If you want 100Mbps throughput you need to look at 2800 series. It depends on how much throughput you want on the link.
