I have a Domain Controller with dns role. I was looking at my top sessions on my firewall and noticed that server was top of the list. I do know it is a very "noisy" server but when I was looking at the session alot of the traffic is going to public dns. Is this normal?

This is a free public DNS internet server.  Your internl DNS is going to this for external resolution.
