SBS 2011 from 2003 migration question

Anyone knows if handling redirected folders should be the same as it was on the 2008 migration ?

That would be changing the original GPO to point to the new location as one of the first steps of the migration.

    Accepted Solution

by: has a full migration guide for performing the operations. There shouldn't be too much difference between the 2008 migration steps and 2011, since they didn't really change much operationally with 2011. 2011 just upgrades the OS to 2008 R2, Exchange to 2010, and a few other feature upgrades.

    Yes. Im using the guide.

I was wondering since there's no reference to the old 2003 folder redirection GPO like in the previous 2008 migration guide.
