Data Connections Library

I just upgraded my Sharepoint standard to the Enterprise version and was going to start working with Forms Services and Infopath 2007.  I am trying to create a Data Connection Library but when I go to the sharepoint create page there is no listing for "Data connection Library".  Everything I read says it should be there.  Anyone know what might be up?

    If I go to the central admin of my farm  and look under manage farm features "Data Connection Library" is there.  So it should be working.

    Accepted Solution

    Sorry I found the answer:

    The good news is that you can just activate the feature manually using STSADM, as shown below;

    stsadm -o activatefeature -name DataConnectionLibrary -url {site url}

    Alternatively, if you’re using a custom site definition, you can just add the feature to your WebFeatures section;
