cant send mail from smartphone

hi , in short, i have 2 users that cannot send mails from the phone , i tried to config it on my phone as well(iphone 4) and it gives error some kind of unknown error try again later .

from owa i can send it , it seems it doesnt enter to the smtp when i send from the phone but does enter to the iis and it shows in the iis logs like it was sent on port 80

i checked the permissions of those users and all was good , created users in their ou to see if the ou permissions are good , and those users were ok.

maybe i made more stuff that i dont recall now , if you have anymore suggestions where to look or what to search ill be happy :)

tried to look for an answer in forums and here included - couldnt find something that was useful

i also forgot to mention , those users can see their mails and the mails are getting updated but cannot send mails .
