Hi experts,
I have a problem with Outlook 2007 at my client who receive every week updated email from his customer with some reports attached (two HTML files a Excell file). I searched thru Internet but only few people had the same problem but nobody responds their question in forum. The most similar problem I found was here on Experts Exchange here: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Server_Software/Email_Servers/SendMail/Q_24820983.html

Problem is that Outlook do not proceed the message instead there is a line which says "This message was not processed because it contains an invalid recipient." After it there's a header in the message (I have changed email adresses and names to sender a reciever):

If I download the copy of the message from POP3 server in Thunderbird it is all right, even if I forward this message from thunderbird to the same email adress to download it in Outlook it's allright too. Everything on the same computer. So it leads me to conclusion that this is a problem with Outlook but I can't solve it.

Does anybody here can help me, please?

Hello,

This is an Outlook cache issue. You have an object cached that was deleted from the Exchange address book. This is the problem entry:
<IMCEAEX-_O=RADIOMOBIL_OU=EXCHANGE+20ADMINISTRATIVE+20GROUP+20+28FYDIBOHF23SPDLT+29_CN=RECIPIENTS_CN=SvarcLu@t-mobile.cz>,

Start typing SvarcLu@t-mobile.cz in the to field and when Outlook attempts to autocomplete, highlight the entry and press Delete.

Hello, thanks for reply. I appreciate.
I'm not sure On which side I should do that. Should I do that on recepient side (where the mail goes gibberish - there are no ms exchange) or I should do that on  the side of sender (there is maybe ms exchange)?

You would do this on the sender's side.

Thanks. I tried to describe the solution to the sender and we'll see. If it will works I will  accept this as a solution.

I must say your the only one who seems to understand this problem. It was the hell for me to search for the solution.
