Outlook printing to PDF

I have a user that when they print their OUtlook emails to PDF, it creates short paragrapms and puts a number sequence stating with 1.  What should happen is when converting the document to PDF the number will be at the bottom of the page.

Any suggestions.

Try another pdf printer such as cutepdf.  It sees the page the same as a printer would.

We use acrobat 9. The issue is just with one person.

NFR key for Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365

Veeam is happy to provide a free NFR license (for 1 year, up to 10 users). This license allows for the non‑production use of Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 in your home lab without any feature limitations.

Sounds like a setting somewhere within Acrobat then.  Have you tried reinstalling Acrobat

When you Print Preview, does the intended output appear correct (but only after being printed to PDF does the issue occur)?

when you print preview it looks like the output.

So to clarify, the Print Preview is essentially wrong (like the PDF output), correct? And the Print Preview appears the same for any printer selected besides Adobe PDF?

Yes, print preview looked the same.

I was able to change the setting from the print page setup.  The user had the view setup to view multiple windows.  Once the page set was set to select letter as paper source and letter as page size he was then able to print what he was previewing..  It turned out that it was not really a PDF issue but a page selection issue for windows printing.

Sorry for the confusion.

That's where I was trying to get to with the choice of questions there... ;)

I will not 'Object' thus triggering a stop to the close process, but I do feel my troubleshooting questions assisted the OP with identifying the real issue thus finding the resolution accordingly.
