Delete Sheet in Excel without Warning from Access VBA

I have a database that opens a workbook and then deletes a worksheet.  However, I get a warning regarding the delete.

The problem is I'm opening the worbook from access and not excel therefore application.displayalerts=false is not working.

Any ideas?

    nevermind.  I used excel.application.displayalerts and it worked.
