Messed up my 'home' link - need to fix

Hello experts!

I accidently made a change to my 'home' link item within the main menu on my joomla site. I had never changed it when I originally set up the site - so the link was whatever the default wa when joomla first installs, but know I cant figure out what the original link was. I would assume it's a link to index.php; but I can't figure out how to change the link to an internal one that points to the index.php file...

Any help would be great.

Thanks!

Have you tried index.php as the link?

How do I use it as an internal link? The only options I have for assigning home as an internal link are:

Chrono Forms
Contacts
News Feeds
PHP Pages
Polls
Pro Perfect Karousel
ProJoom Installer
Search
User
Web Links

If I were you, I would create a folder and install same joomla template in it. After that its very easy to reveal original link and settings. Other advantage is you can do all kind of tests on this site and if its successful then do on your real web site.

damn, it always seems the most simple solutions elude me when thinking on my own. Thank you that worked!
