Did you make sure OWA is enabled through Exchange tasks in AD?

Right click user- Exchange Tasks - Next - Configure Exchange features.

Is it just from his machine or in general?

Is OWA being accessed internally or externally?

Is it his logon or his pc?
Try his logon from another pc.
Try your logon on his pc.

Did you try disabling the limitations on his account to see if that resolves the issue?

I just tried that and it worked!

Now next questions is how do I make it work while also restricting the users to a workstation?

How exactly are you limiting his credentials?

jmheidebrinkAuthor Commented:
I want to make sure he can only logon to his own workstation and not anyone elses

Yeah, I understand that. But HOW are you limiting his credentials? What avenue did you take to configure that the way you wanted?

I ask because it is definitely a persmissions issue. If I know how you limited his credentials, we may find a way around it.

Open up the ad account, select Account tab, click "Log On To" and add his workstation

Just for the sake of trying, try adding this and the exchange server. See if it still works.
