To fix this do exactly as it says.  Restart the Exchange services or the server itself.

It happens when a server has been running constantly for a period of time without any reboots etc.

so how could i know the VM is fragmented?

Glen KnightCommented:
Because the monitoring tool is tellin you it is.

Don't look for something that's not there.

Give the server a restart and it will all be resolved.
