Server 2008 saying F:\Recycle Bin is corrupted. F: is a LUN on an EMC SAN NS120

I found a similar problem in another thread that involved tape backups and more. We purchased an EMC SAN and had it configured. Our SQL cluster (SQL 2008) on Enterprise Server 2008 R2 Cluster is now showing one drive that has a corrupted Recycle Bin on our F: drive which is our system database LUN. I know Windows is bad for creating Recycle Bins everywhere but I want to make sure there isn't something else going on.

Thank you in advance.

Can you post any relevant entries in your Event Logs?

More than happy to. Are there any specific ones to look for? Most of what I see are peoples logon script printers failing.
That would not really be helpful. :)  Anything related to storage, disk management, system errors, etc.

Sorry, I only see one Kerberos error and and a Visual studio template error.
OK.... What is reporting that the Recycle Bin is corrupted?
When I log into the SQL cluster it pops an error saying:
The Recycle Bin on F:\ is corrupted. Do you want to empty the Recycle Bin for this drive?
