I need to add a SharePoint site to my Trust Center in microsoft excel.

I have Excel as a content type (with Macros) and I would like this doc library to be trusted so the macros are always enabled.

I am not able to add the URL to the Trust Center for my SharePoint Site.

Am I able to do this?

You can do this if you select the "Allow Trusted Locations on my network (not recommended)" option in the Trusted Locations dialog box. However, I'm sure that it states "not recommended" for a reason, so be sure to research this and understand the implications before you turn this on.

but you can specify (and thus limit) the locations, correct?

Yes, you add it by site URL. I'm not sure if you can specify a specific list or library though.
