Dynamics CRM 4.0 Offline Records not showing

My salesman sent me this message:

When I go off line, opportunities with Sobeys corporate do not show the company name…they say “record unavailable”. When I go on line, they show up again.
Who is Participating?

Sorry I didn't explain the location of the link too well. In the CRM pull-down menu click on Modify Local Data Groups.

Record unavailable means that the Customer record (which could be an account or contact) for the opportunity has not been downloaded.  

Check the Local Data filters for accounts and contacts in CRM | Options in Outlook for your salesman.

You will need to adjust the offline filter for accounts (and/or contacts depending on which you use for opportunities) to perhaps all accounts or all accounts that have opportunities that I own.
