Display variable data

I have the below in a report:

=Trim([TABLE1_STREET_LINE1])
=Trim([TABLE1_STREET_LINE2])
=Trim([TABLE1_STREET_LINE3])
=(RTrim([TABLE1_CITY]) & ", " & [TABLE1_STAT_CODE] & "  " & [TABLE1_ZIP])
=Trim([TABLE2_NATION])

For the last line, most addresses with show "United States of America".  However, a small few will show some other nation like Canada.  How can I make it display the nation only when it is a country other then "United States of America".  If it is "United States of America", show blank.

In general:
=IIf(Trim([fieldname])="stringValue","",Trim([fieldname]))

=IIf(Trim([TABLE2_NATION])="United States of America","",Trim([TABLE2_NATION]))
