Visio Error 128 - File may be corrupted

Our enviroment: Windows 7 = Office 2010 + Visio 2010

I have a user that created a visio locally and then tried to open it today and he is getting the error 128 File cannot be opened, it may corroupted. However, he had it open yesterday just fine. The web doesnt have many solutions to this so I ask you, the experts.
