Master Browser Election - OS X
OK - I've been having some major network issues, mostly with voice traffic that goes through my data network. So, I decided to do a good old packet capture with wireshark. So, one thing I found is that I have a unit out there that seems to be flooding my network with "Master Browser Requests". We're talking hundreds and hundreds of packets at a time.
After doing a nbtstat -a to the IP I found that it is a Mac OS X unit that 's causing the issue. How can I turn this off? Driving me insane!
