Greetings All,

A client of mine is opening a small satellite office. The email is currently being hosted on the server in the main office. How do we give folks access to their email via outlook without having them connect to a vpn. I know for macs and cell phones i can just enter the external address for the exchange server and it works. I can seem to get this to work the same way on outlook clients.

Thanks In Advance.

What Outlook Clients do you have and what error do you get if you test on www.testexchangeconnectivity.com ?

What version of Exchange?  Make sure the clients have the Server Certificate installed, and that the cert is setup correctly.
