SSRS newsletter-Style report column headers

I have an SSRS report that has 3 columns (newsletter-style). The headers are sortable. When I export the report to .pdf only column 1 has the header row. The other 2 columns are blank. I need then to show the column headers as well. I tried settings in Advanced Mode but nothing is working.

I've created a sample report in 2008. This report has the headers on every column on every page. If you are using 2008 also and my sample has the row headers for every column than we can try and find the differences between your report and mine.

In advanced mode the RepeatOnNewPage property of the first Row Group is set to true.

EE doesn't allow .rdl files. I renamed it to .xml. Rename the file to .rdl again. Also you have to change the datasource. The query creates it own data, no need for specific tables in the database.
