Connection to server failed Exchange 2010 and Iphone4

I have migrated to exchange 2010 and owa and everything seems to work great. However i add my account to exchange via the iphone it says it's successful and then when I go to open my email on the phone i immediately get a the connection to the server failed. Can not get Mail.

Any help on this would be great

Also, if you test a new test user +mailbox does it work? If not, do you get any errors when testing ActiveSync on www.testexchangeconnectivity.com ?

Thank you this worked perfectly i had somehow the users on a group object which was messing things up.
