convert word doc into excel table (delete some content)

The word doc is a list of clubs (three word name with hyperlink),
street address and suburb and postcode.

I am seeking an excel table of 3 columns containing
the name of the club (three word name including the hyperlink)
the suburb name (can be one two or three words after
the comma)
the postcode.

The street address is to be omitted.

There is no easy way to do this without using some kind of delimiter like a comma or hyphen. If the spacing were even after the name of the club, that would help out also. I suggest adding some kind of delimiter after the club name and suburb so you can separate them easier in Excel.

For example, the first two should be modified to look like:

Rotary Club of Southbank,  Garden Room Crown Towers Hotel, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank, 3006
Rotary Club of Albert Park,  Lifesaving Victoria, Cnr Todd Rd & The Boulevard, Port Melbourne, 3207

See the extra commas added in bold. If you can get it to that format so every section is separated by a comma, you can copy/paste it directly into Excel. Then go to Data > Text to Columns and put in a comma as the delimiter to use. It will separate all those lines for you in Excel and you can get rid of the column for street address by highlighting the column and deleting it.

Hmmm...The bold commas didn't stand out as much as I thought. But basically, add it after each section (Club Name, Street Address, Suburb, postal code).

Thank you!!!
