Coldfusion 9 and Microsoft IIS

I came across an online article saying that there was a new coldfusion 9 tag that can access IIS.
I've tried looking for the article but now I can't find it anywhere.
I also looked through the adobe site and could not find a new tag that programatically accesses IIS.
Perhaps I was reading about a custom tag or something.
Does anybody know if there is a new tag or method to access IIS via coldfusion?

    I'm sorry I didn't make myself clear.
I'm not having a problem installing CF on IIS, I would like to programatically access IIS via Coldfusion.
