profile and catalog issue

Hi there,

I need help from a autocad experts on this issue. I have installed AutoCAD Civil 3D 2011 on a windows 7 64bit. I login as a local administrator to install the application restarted and login as an administrator I received  these error messages total 2 of them 1) unable to load profile and 2) Catalog error.

I login as my regular account and I get the same error. This is a central workstation and different users can login to their and will use this application and I need it to work smoothly.

Tried doing the repair and it did not work. Not sure what is happening.
you might have to uninstall autocad and then reinstall

No luck yet but I will close the question and distribute the points.

removing and re-installing AutoCAD was my previous comment, #35501270 on how to correct this problem when the repair install does not work

Thanks for your help. Repairing, removing and reinstalling the application did not fix the issue but right now it is working.
