checkpoint ESME server service is stuck stopping status.

have tried to stop and start all service
but cannot restart MSSQL service and checkpoint ESME
even have tried to restart the server

Resolved the issue
took database backup and current setting backup for ME
disabled the ME and MSSQL service, restarted machine to stop both service
uninstalled and reinstalled the ME
restored the backup and found issue fixed
