The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      matt slorick on 26/04/2011 15:53
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to.  Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.
1 Solution
Check the Outlook for pop & imap accounts

Also remove "matt slorick" from the outlook cache by pressing delete next to the name when Outlook autofills it in the 'To' box of a new message

Delete the Outlook cache and get the sender to pick Matt from the address book.
