What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Thanks CodeCruiser, but after the conversion they break =\

Warning      1      'Public Sub New(port As Integer)' is obsolete: 'This method has been deprecated. Please use TcpListener(IPAddress localaddr, int port) instead. http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=14202'.

I guess this is a lost cause unless I use an older version of visual basic?
