Need to Find All References To Specific Column

I'm looking for a way to find ALL references to a specific column name across ALL databases in my SQL Server 2005 instance.

I'm specifically interested in tracking down any references top the column name in the following database objects  - procedures, udfs, views and jobs.

hi

you have this simple and nice tool

http://www.sqldigger.com/

or use this script from http://snippets.dzone.com/posts/show/3905

declare @search varchar(50)
SET @search = 'searchterm'

SELECT
     ROUTINE_NAME,
     ROUTINE_DEFINITION
FROM
    INFORMATION_SCHEMA.ROUTINES
WHERE
    ROUTINE_DEFINITION LIKE '%' + @search + '%'
ORDER BY
    ROUTINE_NAME
