In my organization some users are getting the error "cannot open this item" when they to open meeting items from their inbox to accept or decline.
Issue is with some of the meeting items not all and also only with meeting items not with emails.
below actions already we performed
1. tried to move mailbox
2. checked this issue in both online and cached mode - issue persist
3. when we check this from OWA we can able to open the meeting item without any issues
4. we tried to configure affected user's outlook profile in different PC but still issue persist
5. Issue is with normal and recurring meeting items.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
