Is it possible in Outlook 2007, to create a meeting on behalf of somebody else, where it appears the person you are creating a meeting for is the meeting creator?... and where you (the person creating the meeting) is nothing to do with the actual meeting?

Almost as if like you can send 'From' a person with a normal email.

Delegates aside (which stamps the on behalf of notation), I would think that having Full Mailbox permissions (on Exchange) would be the way to do this. Create another Outlook profile for the "creator" and then switch into the creator's email account to send the meeting when necessary. After you're done, you can then close Outlook and relaunch it with your own Outlook profile. For this scenario, setting Prompt for a profile to be used in the Mail settings would be advised so as to easily switch between accounts when launching Outlook.
