Hi Jeff,

Have you had a look at MS's Office Training page?

You don't mention which version of Office you require training for, but MSOffice 2010, 2007 and 2003 can all be found here. So select the version of MSOffice then choose the training sections you require. And, it's FREE!

I have and it is pretty good.  I actually really like Ribbon Hero (and now Ribbon Hero 2 ) from the Office Labs folks for Office 2010 training.

One site that I really though did a great job of assessing, teaching, and quizzing was CustomGuide Online Learning.  It is completely online, very customizable, comes with LOTS of material to start with and is very user-friendly.  I highly suggest that you visit their site, attend one of the 30 minute webinars, and sign up for a evaluation account.  You will get access to all their Quick Reference Cards just for evaluating the site.  You won't be sorry!    http://www.customguide.com/
