I have a user that has an issue sending to an email address.  When they send a message it gets returned with the following.

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: on 4/26/2011 10:00 PM
            You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.
            < #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 <>... server [] for <> rejected address saying "User unknown">

    I've tried both creating a new user mail profile and sending it from another users mail account within the domain and still get the same response back.

    550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
