    what is the question, actually?
how to formulate the UPDATE/INSERT/DELETEs needed, or how to run the code "every day"?
if it's the second part, you "just" schedule the SQL, with either the sql agent, or, if that is not available, you run the sql using sqlcmd command line tool from within the windows scheduled task

    Accepted Solution

Create trigger on tables from where you are updating thjs table.

Or create SSIS package to get update from all tables.
