Windows 7 libraries - can't add a folder located on a windows 2008 server

I have set up folder redirection GPO and all works fine. I also have folder sync running on thier home directory. What I'm having issues with is adding in the location to the Windows Libraries. I just can't add it.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong
