Converting Bits and Bytes to Megabyes and Gigabytes

Hello Experts,

Can you tell me how I make sense of these mailbox sizes?

This is a screenshot from an Exchange server, I need to know how large they are in either MB or GB please.

What is this measured in at the moment bytes or bits?

    Such measurements are typically in bytes.

    Here is an online calculator to calculate bytes to megabytes, etc. Be sure to change the Units dropdown from bits to bytes.
