Dear Experts,<br />
I tried to convert the physical Fedora 14 64bit to VM on ESXi Version 4.1 using vCenter converter standalone client 4.3. On 99% done, I got this error &quot;Error: Unable to reconfigure the destination virtual machine&quot;. If I uncheck the reconfiguration of the destination virtual machine, it completed without an error but when I start up the vm, I got error &quot;Error loading operating system&quot; <br />
I checked the default and installed kernel verion and seems to be OK.<br />
