Exchange 2010 DAG: Override automatic database mount dial

Had a question regarding Exchange 2010 DAG database switchovers.  When I try to change the active mailbox database, I have an option to "Override automatic database mount dial setting on the target mailbox server".  The choices I'm given are Lossless, Good Availability, Best Effort or Best Availability.  I ran the command Get-Mailboxserver | FL Name,AutoDatabaseMountDial and it seems that the default if no option is selected is Good Availability (I never changed the mount dial option).  According to Microsoft best practices, what is the best option to choose during a switchover?  Thanks.

Good Availability is the default and should generally not be changed.

Discovered that for switchovers the default is Lossless.  For failovers the default is Good Availability.
